Amery is 5 months old today. She is celebrating by doing some body twists. She looks just like a pretzel.

The air conditioning in the house is still not working properly. It is about 80 degrees in the house. Robyn's husband is coming tomorrow morning to fix it. Thank you Bryan!!

Today Amery was kicking her legs like crazy in her swing and Squirt stepped in front of her. Amery ended up kicking little Squirt right in the face. It didn't seem to hurt Squirt, but she has been keeping a safe distance ever since.

Today we had a visitor come to our backyard. Dan spotted this little guy just hanging out. I named him Leonardo. It is supposed to be good luck to find a turtle in your yard. Okay, I just made that up.

Today we ran some errands. It was hot hot hot out.

Today we went to a new doctor. The doctor said that she is pretty confident that Amery's problems are better. We are still going to wait and see how she does. The doctor also said that Amery looks very healthy. She weighed 17 pounds and is 26 inches long. I made a video of Amery playing. Every once in a while she looks up to make sure I am watching her:)

This is what the neighborhood looked like last night. We had a bad storm and the power was out from 6pm to 6am. It got so hot and humid in the house that we went and stayed at Grandma's house. I couldn't even post my blog!!

Poor little Amery has had poo poo problems for about a month now. I have taken her to the doctor and they put her on medicine and it still is not better. I am switching doctors and having a heck of a time finding another one. Grrr!!

Today we went and visited Grandma. When we got home, I snapped this pic. She looks like she is reflecting back on the visit.

Today we walked in Race for the Cure. It rained for just a little bit on us. I brought a blanket so Amery would not get wet. She fell asleep for some of the race and just hung out the rest of the race. We had a good time.

Today Amery and I went for a walk with Mariko and Kai. Seina played at the park with Dave. I snapped a pic of Seina having a good time.

Amery fell asleep after nursing this afternoon. She looks so peaceful when she is sleeping. Her little hand is in a funny position.

The latest thing that people tell me about Amery is that she has big eyes. Hmmm?? They look pretty small to me:)
