Yard work

Amery and I played outside while dad did the yard work. Amery liked playing in the leaves until she fell into the pile. She looked at me sadly and said, "mommy, help."

Pumpkin

Amery loves her pumpkin. I asked her who was in her family and she said "mommy, daddy, Amery, and pumpkin."

Bettendorf Parade

Amery had lots of fun at the parade today. She stood right by us the whole time and loved picking up the candy that people threw to us. We let her eat one piece when we got home. I don't think she realized what she was picking up and putting in her bag.

Barrell Train

The most exciting part about the pumpking patch for Amery was the train. In the top picture, she is trying to chase it down.

Amery is in the second barrell back.

She loved riding in the train. She sat down the whole time and enjoyed the ride.

Iowa City

On Saturday Amery and I went to visit Chelsea in Iowa City. She showed us the children's museum and there was lots of fun things to do there. Amery especially loved the grocery store.

Pumpkin patch

We went to the pumpkin patch yesterday and Amery had a blast.

Zoo

We went to the zoo today and Amery really enjoyed seeing all the animals. She loved the monkeys and the giraffes, but her favorite part was the train ride.

Halloween costume

Amery is going to be Elmo for Halloween. She couldn't wait to get home and try on the costume.

Kitchen!!

Dan surprised Amery with a new kitchen this morning. She loves it. She especially likes pretending to wash her hands.

Corner

Amery has to stand in the corner when she kicks the dog or mommy. I think she likes going to the corner though. It is still a work in progress.

Amery went over to Grandma's for the evening, so she wanted to look cute. My little baby looks like a little girl now.
