Yesterday we found Leonardo, the turtle, in our back yard again. Dan spotted him while he was mowing and took the above picture.
So today we brought him to Duck Creek and gave him a new home. Amery was excited and she wore a turtle outfit for the occasion. She also got to ride in her stroller like a big girl for the first time. She usually rides in her infant carrier in the stroller.
I'm glad Leo got a new home and didn't get eaten by the mower. Good eyes, Dan!! I'm glad Amery wasn't too sad about getting rid of her new pet.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad Leo didn't get chopped up with the mower!!! Thanks for relocating him!!!
